DESCRIPTION :

KOREPOWDER A-10 is a refractory spirit base coating for green sand /CO2 moulds and cores.

HOW TO USE :

KOREPOWDER A10 powder which have to be diluted carefully for brushing /swabbing applications.Direct addition of excess solvent into the powder and mixing is not advisable.To obtain best results and little quantity of solvent first .Make powder to paste and subsequent add suitable quantity as per the foundry requirement.Themould has to be coated with this paint,lit off and subsequently torch dried.

3. Sp.Gravity (Diluted): 1.15 to 1.50

4. Vis.by B4 cup @ 30C: 12 to 15 sec

SHELF LIFE :

KOREPOWDER A-10 has 1Years Shelf life.

KOREPOWDER A10 is supplied in 20kg or 50 kg HDPE Bags.

PRECAUTION :

The product should be stored in a cool and dry place.
